These are our member's most frequently asked questions. If your question is not addressed in an answer below, please contact us by phone toll-free at (877) 975-9463, Monday through Friday 8 am to 11 pm Eastern or Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern, or via e-mail.

How do I place an order online?

Once you have spotted a wine or a mixed case that you like the look of, simply click 'Add to Cart' and this will add it to the ‘Shopping Cart’ in the top-right of the screen. You can continue to shop for other wines and cases and add these to your cart in the same way.

To see or check the contents of your cart you can use the ‘Preview Cart’ link. If you have a change of heart, or need to change the quantities of any wine simply click ‘View Full Shopping Cart’.

Once you are happy that your have made all your selections you simply need to click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button and either log-in or register with us to complete your order.

If I've ordered before do I already have an account?

Unless you have gone through the account creation process you do not yet have an online account. It will just take a few moments to create your account as you go through the checkout process. Once you have done so you'll simply need to login when making purchases in the future and your address book and credit card information will be at your fingertips!

Why did you add the registration feature?

We want to provide the most convenient shopping process possible for our customers. Creating an account allows you to store shipping addresses and credit cards for use on future purchases, making your future shopping experiences even more convenient. Additionally, you'll be able to view the history of your online orders.

What if I don't want to create an online account?

No problem! Simply call us at (877) 975-9463, Monday through Friday 8 am to 11 pm Eastern or Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to place your order for you.

How do you protect my information?

We use SSL—Secure Socket Layers—software, which is the safest way to send information over the internet. Additionally, your credit card information is encrypted and only the last 4 digits are displayed in the order confirmation.

Does updating my information online update my wine plan?

Not yet. We have plans to add a number of improvements to our site in the future, including the ability to make some changes to your wine plan from your online account. In fact, we have so many exciting changes planned that we're not able to make them all at once. Rest assured, we pay close attention to what our customers want and will continue to make your shopping experience even more convenient.

I lost my password, what do I do?

Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the bottom of the Login page, enter the email address on your account and click the "reset password" link and the email will be sent to you automatically. Once you receive the email you'll be prompted to click a link to a reset page, where you can reset your password.

I'm trying to login and getting a message that my password isn't recognized, what do I do?

First, check to make sure that the password your entering is at least six characters and that you're entering it exactly as you created it (passwords are case sensitive). Then, if you're certain that you've already created an online account (if you've shopped with us before accounts were added you will not automatically have an account online) use the forgotten password functionality to reset your password. To do this, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the bottom of the Login page, enter the email address on your account and click the "reset password" link and the email will be sent to you automatically. Once you receive the email you'll be prompted to click a link to a reset page, where you can reset your password.

Can I track my order from the Order History page?

Not yet, but we have plans to make this option available soon. You can track your order by clicking the appropriate link in your shipment notification email or by calling customer service at (877) 975-9463, Monday through Friday 8 am to 11 pm Eastern or Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How much do I pay for delivery?

Delivery is $19.99 for your first case (12 bottles) and $14.99 for any additional cases purchased within the same order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your wine is reserved as soon as you confirm your order. Your credit card will then be charged while your shipment is being prepared for dispatch.

I am new to WSJwine – what do I do?

If you have never shopped with us before you will need to create a new account, it only takes a minute and allows you to take advantage of the many benefits, including:

  • View your Order History (to find those favorite wines)
  • Safely store your payment and delivery details
  • Rate and Review all the wines that you try

I am new to WSJwine online – where do I start?
