Cabalié has long held the title of “richest French red in our cellars.” With a depth of flavor (and loyal following) few wines can match, it’s truly a “full-bodied fruit bomb” (The Wine Advocate).
Well, there’s BIG NEWS for Cabalié fans. Hervé Sabardeil has crafted a Cabalié Coup de Coeur – an even richer, more indulgent super cuvée from ancient Grenache and Carignan vines (some over 100 years old).
The inaugural release debuted to a gold medal from top wine guide Gilbert & Gaillard. Judges gave it this impressive tasting note: “Appealing nose of blackberry, toast, cocoa, and fine spices.
