DeLoach Private Collection Pinot Noir 2019
But don't worry, you'll find plenty more handpicked wines here.

Talk about an impressive dinner party wine…
Start with the renowned estate. Owned by the Boisset family (of the famed Boisset house in Burgundy), DeLoach is a 12-time Wine & Spirits Winery of the Year. Then there’s the remarkable vintage. 2019 was yet another stellar harvest for the Golden State.
For this Private Collection Pinot Noir, renowned winemaker Katie Carter (below) hand-selected fruit from top vineyards throughout California—including the premium Sonoma Coast, a beautifully rugged area that’s emerging as a haven for lush, fruit-filled Pinot Noirs. As you’ll taste, the region’s bright, sunny days and a cooling, foggy Pacific influence are ideal for fragrant reds with real depth. No wonder this gorgeous Pinot scooped up a gold medal at the San Francisco International Competition.
Look forward to aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry, with touches of clove. Layers of rich dark cherry, plum, violet and baking spices unwind on the palate, with a round, silky texture. Aside from being a terrific aperitif to hand your red-wine-drinking friends, this superb 2019 (like all fine Pinot Noir) will be excellent with food. Bright and juicy, it’s a delicious match with everything from meaty fish to roasted turkey and duck.
Very few cases available.
