Domaine Martin Côtes du Rhône 2018

But don't worry, you'll find plenty more handpicked wines here.

Flavor Profile
Brothers David and Eric Martin are fifth-generation winemakers with a long history of snagging top acclaim for their creations. This lush new Côtes-du-Rhône release is no exception, offering up outstanding flavors, can’t-beat value, and huge critical praise:
“An exuberant red with a floral, herbal and liquorice nose and fleshy blueberry and blackberry on the palate. It’s both juicy and seductive, the finish especially impressive. 95 points”
That’s a quote from the judges at 2019’s Decanter World Wine Awards, where the David and Eric’s tiny-batch cuvée outscored dozens of far-pricier Châteauneuf-du-Papes, making it a must try for fans of this lush, heady style. A classic Rhône blend of Grenache and Syrah, it was aged eight months in old oak casks and bottled non filtré (unfiltered), which dials up the flavor impact in your glass. Decant 30 minutes prior to serving to separate any naturally occurring sediment, then pair with char-grilled beef, lamb, mature cheeses and more.
The Martins are known for wines with a wonderful balance of tradition and modern approachability. They’re passionate about preserving the family heritage – and this latest release is delicious evidence of their talents.
Very few cases imported – early orders are highly recommended.
