San Lucas Malbec Reserva 2017

In these conditions, the wines also achieve a remarkable smoothness. As Hugh Johnson writes in The World Atlas of Wine, “The prevailing texture of Mendoza red is velvet.”

This Reserva adds extra layers of flavor and refinement through rigorous grape selection and 12 months’ aging in French and American oak barrels. The dark purple color goes hand-in-hand with elegant, smoky, ripe plum and blackberry aromas and flavors, with a touch of pepper, licorice, and dark chocolate.
