The Bouché family have made elegant Champagne since 1920. In 1989, fourth-generation winemakers Bruno and Bernadette Bouché founded Domaine B&B Bouché in southern France’s famed Limoux region, where the monks of the Abbaye de Saint Hilaire produced sparkling wine in 1531 (around 100 years before the legendary Dom Perignon made his name with bubbly).
Bruno and Bernadette’s beautiful Crémant de Limoux rosé features hand-harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (the lovely pale color comes from a gentle pressing of the latter grape variety). Crafted in the same painstaking method as the family’s Champagne, it’s a sophisticated (and great-value) alternative to pricey pink Champagne.
As you pour, you’ll be greeted by fresh, red-berry aromas, supported by classic brioche characters. On the palate, a delicate, creamy mousse introduces more toasty berry charm and a long, crisp finish. The perfect fizz for any special celebration, it’ll shine alongside hors d’oeuvres, shellfish, or even grilled chicken.
If you’re ready to toast in style, add this pretty pink fizz to your cart today.
