Talented winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua crafts some of our most popular Bordeaux. No surprise there – he trained at First Growth Château Haut-Brion and has decades of winemaking experience under his belt.

You’re in for classic aromas of fresh-cut grass and citrus fruits, leading to vibrant gooseberry and herb flavors. Pour a glass before the meal to whet your appetite, perhaps alongside crudités and creamy goat cheese (Sauvignon Blanc’s classic match). Then, serve with crisp summer salads or seafood dishes. (We love stone crab, grilled sea bass, or shrimp over linguine.)
