And because Noël’s family have been winemakers in the Loire for generations, he knows right where the best fruit grows in the premium village of Saumur – a spot known in particular for delicious bubbly.
He treated those precious grapes to the traditional Champagne method in the winery (we’re talking major kid-glove treatment at every stage). The wine offers tiny streams of delicate bubbles with inviting aromas and flavors of fresh pear, green apple, and juicy peach. Delightful on its own as an aperitif, and superb alongside shellfish (especially lobster or scallops).
