Collezione di Paolo is a crisp dry white with fresh pear, apple, melon, and lemon zest aromas, lifted by pleasing floral notes. The uplifting palate offers ripe, orchard- and tropical-fruit flavors, plus a touch of creamy almond on the long, complex finish.

Paolo used native grapes Trebbiano and Malvasia (with a dash of Chardonnay for added texture) that grow in Valdichiana, a little-known region in Tuscany that was a favorite of Paolo’s dad, Renzo. The results in your glass are textbook Paolo—elegant, balanced, and food-friendly.
