Named for the sloping Santa Ynez Valley vineyards in which the grapes grew, Côtes d’Ynez marries red-fruited Grenache (51%), deep Mourvèdre (42%), and berry-filled Syrah (7%). Showing all the fruit-rich charm of the excellent harvest, it brims with ripe, dark berry flavor and smooth tannins from gentle oak aging.
