Deep in the Vallée de l’Orb, Hervé found a magnificent plot of 30-year-old Malbec vines. Planted among galets roulés (heat-trapping stones that help boost flavors), these precious heirlooms yield a small amount of high-quality grapes. Hervé’s team hand harvested the fruit to ensure only the best quality grapes made it into the final wine. Look forward to ripe black-fruit flavors plus subtle wild herb notes.
