Here’s what you need to know: PS is a pétillant (gently sparkling) pink, crafted by bubbly specialist Laurent Mingaud. He’s selected a special blend of southern French grapes—all grown in sunny vineyards near the Mediterranean coast. The result is perfectly ripened fruit with an uplifting freshness. Perfect for a mouthwatering rosé fizz.

It has a pretty pale color (à la Provence), delicate bubbles plus strawberry and lemon flavors with just a hint of sweetness. Plus, it’s bottled under a crown cap—easy to pop open without a corkscrew if you’re out and about.

Enjoy with a variety of foods, including most cheeses, seafood or spicy Asian noodles.
