PS Pétillant Rosé
The pretty, pale Provence pinks set the standard for rosé, and Provençal sparklers equally fine. Laurent Mingaud’s lightly sparkling Syrah version is the most delicious we’ve tasted.

Beyond the Label
A pretty little fizzy pink crafted by bubbly specialist Laurent Mingaud, PS is everything you want to sip: Subtle strawberry and lemon flavors set around a mineral core (à la typical Provence), a hint of sweetness and invigorating effervescence.

It's a type of sparkling wine known as pétillant naturel (or just pétillant or pét-nat, for short), a style made in a manner that predates the so-called Champagne method. Rather than induce a second fermentation in-bottle to create bubbles, Laurent simply bottled the wine before initial fermentation had ended.

The result is a gentle fizz that carries the delicate fruit flavors from his blend of southern French grapes just perfectly.

And while delicious on its own, it's also ultra-versatile on the table. Enjoy with a variety of foods, including most cheeses, seafood or spicy Asian noodles.

Whether you’re one of PS’s many devotees or just a fan of delicious sparkling rosé, you'll want to order quickly.
