As the name reveals, Steve left Sheer Chardonnay unoaked. Why? Thanks to California’s fantastic 2018 vintage – in which a long growing season helped the fruit develop ripe, concentrated flavors – the grapes were of superior quality. Mother Nature had done all the work, so Steve simply let the Chardonnay shine.
