Beyond the Label

If you love thrillingly fresh Italian whites, then Tufare is a must-taste. It’s vibrant and aromatic, with crisp acidity complemented by notes of orange blossom and white peach.

To craft Tufare, winemaker Domenico De Gregorio uses the native Fiano grape from vineyards in sun-drenched Sicily. Here, abundant sunshine and cooling coastal breezes help the fruit to ripen slowly and evenly, encouraging concentrated flavors and great freshness.

In the glass, it’s lively and downright joyous, with seductive notes of orange blossom, white peach, apple and honeysuckle that offer sip after sip of drinking pleasure.

Serve well chilled and pour generously, on its own or with seafood, lemony risotto and chicken dishes.
