Historically, their wines have been quaffed by diplomats and popes, and for more than 30 years, star winemaker Donato Lanati has been keeping the family wine legacy alive in the cellar. Always a smash-hit with critics (International Wine Challenge judges rated one release 95 points and called it “Gavi di Gavi at its best”), the vibrant 2019 already has a 90-point rave from France's prestigious Gilbert & Gaillard wine guide.
