Bill Knuttel is a legendary winemaker and former president of the California Cabernet Society (with stints working for famed wineries Saintsbury and Chalk Hill). He’s crafted a thrilling Cab, from premium Sonoma, that has everything fans crave: a full body, bold black fruit and spice flavors and oh-so-velvety tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon is the beloved variety behind many of the world’s finest, most sought-after reds. The grape grows well in Sonoma, and it truly thrived during the excellent 2018 vintage, benefiting from a long growing season that ripened grapes to perfection. Sonoma’s warm, sunny days—tempered by rolling fog from the Pacific Ocean and the Russian River—and chilly nights result in remarkably pure fruit.
