How do I start an Advantage membership?

How much does a yearly membership cost?
The annual cost for an Advantage membership is currently $89, and includes free delivery on every order of wine, wine club cases, Vineyard Partner wine shipments, gifts and wine accessories. Other applicable shipping charges will apple, see details here.
How does the membership fee compare to the savings on delivery charges?
Since membership includes free delivery for an entire year (including wine club cases and Vineyard Partner wine shipments), you’ll have ‘paid off’ your membership with just 4 more cases.
Is there a minimum order size for free delivery?
There is is no minimum order requirement for free delivery. Whether you order one bottle or 100, there is no delivery fee on any of your wine. Fair use of Advantage delivery means no more than 6 shipments of 3 bottles or fewer in any 12-month period.
How will I be notified of the members-only deals?
If you are opted in to receive emails from us, then you are guaranteed to receive updates when members-only offers, discounts, gifts and your birthday credit are available. You can opt in to emails at checkout. To really stay in-the-know: sign up for text alerts, too.
How does the birthday credit work?
While you’re a member, in the month of your birthday you’ll receive an $89 credit. This credit is applicable toward any wines you choose when the order subtotals $300 or more (before tax).
Can I have multiple addresses for free wine delivery?
Yes, you can send wine for free to multiple addresses within the United States.
How often can I order with the Advantage membership?
Your membership lets you order as often as you like within the 12-month membership period.
Are there any discounts or special offers exclusive to Unlimited members?
Yes, free delivery is just the beginning! Advantage members enjoy a variety of benefits and perks. There's everyday savings of 10% on individual wines when you order 12+ bottles, a birthday credit, exclusive monthly offers and even free gifts.
Can I cancel my Advantage membership whenever I want?
Yes, you are free to cancel your membership at any time. The easiest way is to log in to your account—but you can also call Customer Service at 1-877-975-9463.
Does the membership cover all delivery charges?
Yes. As long as you’re an Advantage member, your wine club cases, Vineyard Partner wine and other wine purchases will enjoy free delivery. Other applicable shipping charges will apply, see details here.
