WSJ Wine offers a 100% money-back guarantee on every bottle. If you are not completely satisfied with any wine, for any reason, email customerservice@wsjwine.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
What if you deliver the wine and I decide I don’t want it?
If you don't want a wine after delivery, email customerservice@wsjwine.com to request a return or refund. Our customer service team will arrange the return and process your refund - every WSJ Wine purchased is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee.
What happens if I get a broken bottle?
If you receive a broken or damaged bottle, contact WSJ Wine customer service within 60 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it. Email customerservice@wsjwine.com or call 1-877-975-9463 with your order details.
