WSJ Wine customer service is available 6 days a week:
• Weekdays: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET
• Saturday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET
• Closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day

How do I update by Billing Address, Email or Password?
To update your billing address, email, or password, log in to your WSJ Wine account and go to the My Personal Details section. From there, you can edit your billing information, contact preferences, password, and other account details.
Note: If you are a wine club member, your club payment method must be edited separately under Wine Club Settings.
How do you protect my information?
WSJ Wine protects your information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on every online order. Your credit card details are encrypted at submission, only the last 4 digits appear on your order confirmation, and full card numbers are never stored. We follow strict PCI security standards and update our systems regularly to protect against fraud.
