Am I locked in to taking every single club case?
No - you are never required to take every WSJ Wine club case. You can skip or delay any delivery anytime by going to your Wine Club Settings and using the Next Delivery Date dropdown to choose a date that works for you.
How do you know what kinds of wines to put in my wine club case?
Your WSJ Wine club case is personalized based on the Wine Preferences you set in your account. Our team tastes over 40,000 wines each year, selecting just a few hundred for our customers - and we set aside the best discoveries for wine club members.
By setting your wine preferences about the wines you like (or dislike), it is used to plan every case. For example, if you don't enjoy Merlot or you love Italian wines, just update your preferences and your future cases will reflect your taste.
Can I see what’s coming in my next wine club case?
Yes - you can preview your next WSJ Wine club case anytime. Log in to your account and go to Wine Clubs to see the wines in your upcoming shipment. Depending on when your case is scheduled for processing, you may initially see only part of the selection - check back as we finalize your case.
Can I change what kind of wines I get?
Yes - you can change the type of wines you receive at any time. Log in to your account, go to Wine Clubs, and switch your selection (for example, from all reds to a mixed case or all whites) with one click. It's a great way to discover new favorites.
How do I cancel my wine club membership?
To cancel your WSJ Wine club membership, log in to your account, go to Wine Club Settings, and scroll to the bottom of the page to cancel. If you'd rather take a break than cancel, you can skip a case or change your delivery timing instead - without ending your membership.
