Do I have to accept every Wine Club case offered?

No. We’ll reserve a new nine-bottle selection for you every 10 weeks, but you are always free to skip (moving your next delivery out by 10 weeks). Another option is to delay your delivery up to four weeks.

To skip a delivery, go to My Wine Clubs and click on the Manage My Wine Clubs button. From there, select Change Date under the Your Next Case tab. You have the option of delaying the shipment by a few weeks or skipping your next delivery altogether by selecting Skip this Delivery.

You are in complete control of your Wine Club and can skip upcoming quarterly deliveries. This will move your next delivery out by three months. Another option is to delay your quarterly delivery up to four weeks.
