Domaine de l’Estan hails from the renowned Bataille family and comes with a unique twist. As with many fine Provence pinks, it stars berry-rich Grenache and ripe, red-fruited Syrah. But when the Batailles saw the quality of their 2017 Vermentino (Provence’s top white grape), they decided to add a splash to the blend. And the results are simply stunning …

Showing a gorgeous pale-pink in the glass, Domaine de l’Estan brims with expressive white flower aromas (from the Vermentino). The palate offers classic, vibrant red-berry and wild herb flavors, plus a long, complex finish. A delight to sip solo, this refreshing rosé will also shine with pork chops, baked white fish, or even creamy chicken alfredo.

A word on the 2017 vintage: Though quality remained high in Provence, devastating frosts severely affected quantity – meaning these sought-after pinks will be even more scarce than normal. Secure your share while you can.
