Domaine de l’Estan hails from the renowned Bataille family and comes with a unique twist. As with many fine Provence pinks, it stars berry-rich Grenache and ripe, red-fruited Syrah. But when the Batailles saw the quality of their 2017 Vermentino (Provence’s top white grape), they decided to add a splash to the blend. And the results are simply stunning …
