Patrick crafted it with Sauvignon Blanc from the premium Touraine region, which offers top-quality and great-value alternatives to pricey Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. Patrick’s vineyards grow on south-facing slopes along the river Cher, a spot that ensures the grapes receive ample sunshine and ripen to perfection. (Fun fact: they’re also just a few miles away from the famous Château de Chenonceau.)
After cool fermentation, which locks in the fresh fruit flavors, Patrick’s Sauvignon Blanc bursts with grassy-floral aromas and ripe, citrus- and orchard-fruit notes. Elegant and versatile, it makes a refreshing aperitif or a delicious partner for baked fish, pork tenderloin, or crisp salads topped with goat cheese.
