To craft this beautiful Prosecco rosato, he blended perfectly ripe Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from his favorite organic vineyard. This special site is named for a famous Roman road completed in 47 AD, which borders the vineyard. Some of the original stones are still visible!
The resulting wine brims with subtle raspberry and orchard fruit flavor, plus a delicate stream of tiny bubbles. Ideal for brunches, picnics, and celebrations, big or small.
