Beyond the Label

Due Nipoti is a rich, sumptuous Super Tuscan that marks a new chapter for the Rossetti family, whose roots in Tuscany stretch back over 800 years––longer than the famed Medici clan. Crafted at their estate in the hills of Cerreto Guidi, it sings with dark fruits and toasty spice.

Virginia and Niccoló Rossetti recently inherited 14 hectares of vineyards from their grandfather. Due Nipoti (meaning ‘two grandchildren’) celebrates their historic family legacy. The siblings pride themselves on making artisanal wines, and this velvety Super Tuscan is a testament to that mission.

The Rossetti’s crafted the wine with hand-harvested Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, then aged it for eight months in oak barrels for added depth and complexity. Brimming with ripe black-fruit flavors and toasty spice notes, it’s an ideal choice for roasted meats, hearty pastas and aged cheeses.
