HJ Fabre Gran Reserva Malbec 2023

Wine Details
Flavor Profile
Hervé Fabre makes some of our most-loved Malbec—and his HJ Fabre Gran Reserva Malbec may just be the best of all. A full-bodied and easy-drinking red, it offers sweet raspberry and strawberry fruit hemmed in by subtle tannins.
Hervé takes a “no-expense-spared” approach with his wines, a quality commitment that's earned him the title of Winemaking Legend from critic and Master of Wine Tim Atkin, as well as Red Winemaker of the Year at the 2018 International Wine Challenge.
This Gran Reserva is the perfect example. Its grapes were hand-harvested from 80-year-old vines, then sorted meticulously by the hands of Hervé and his cellar crew; fermentation was carefully monitored; and the resulting wine was patiently matured for a whole year in oak.
What you’ll pour in your glass is focused yet pillow-soft on the palate, with sumptuous red fruit singing across a long finish. Drinking beautifully now, this special-occasion Malbec will also cellar well for several years to come.
Don’t delay your order.
