Beyond the Label

Our customers absolutely adore rosé wines—and for good reason. With their delightful pink colors and vibrant fruit flavors, rosé can brighten up any day and offer year-round refreshment. We’re thrilled to introduce you to this NEW dry pink, crafted by a true Australian legend.

Born in Italy but raised Down Under, Sam Trimboli is one of Australia’s most acclaimed winemakers and makes some of our best-selling wines of all time. At last count, he’d racked up nearly 30 international trophies and just shy of 400 national awards. And Pink Duck adds to that tally, with 95 points and a gold medal from the Royal Queensland Wine Show.

When Sam found out how much our customers love Black Duck (his super-rich Durif), he decided to craft a special new PINK Duck for you. He chose Montepulciano, a star red grape in his native Italy, grown in his favorite New South Wales vineyards. A gentle pressing yielded that lovely pink color, and the wine inside the bottle is every bit as alluring...

Pink Duck overflows with fresh strawberry, raspberry and grenadine aromas. The palate offers more ripe berry fruit flavors, plus a crisp citrus backbone and a long, mouthwatering finish. Enjoy a well-chilled glass on its own, or pair it with barbecued dishes, creamy pastas, soft cheeses...your options are wide open. However you serve it, it’s sure to delight. You’ll soon discover why Decanter judges awarded Pink Duck 90 points, praising its “intriguing character…it has a range of complex notes that make it different from so many other more neutral styles.”

Given our customers’ love for rosé and Sam’s other wines, we expect Pink Duck to fly out of our cellars. Swoop in today to claim your share.
