Wine Details

Beyond the Label

To commemorate the Rolling Stones’ 50-plus years making rock ’n’ roll history, please allow us to introduce this limited-release Washington Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s the first of many NEW music-themed wines in store for Virgin Wines fans and guaranteed to give you Satisfaction.

Talented winemaker (and BIG Stones fan) Doug Roosevelt sourced the Cabernet grapes from Washington’s premium Horse Heaven Hills region (part of the larger Columbia Valley) and the prized McNary Vineyard. Here, dry, sandy soils and cooler-than-average temperatures encourage vines to bury their roots deep – the perfect Cab growing conditions and key to seriously intense, complex flavors. Back in the cellar, Doug treated the wine to brief oak aging to add that final polish.

You Can’t Always Get What You Want, but with this gorgeous exclusive, you’ll get everything Cab fans crave: a lusciously full body, ripe tannins, and a smooth, complex finish. With deep, black-fruit flavors and subtle leather, spice, and coffee notes, it’s a classic match for beef, hearty stews, or firm cheeses.

Wild Horses couldn’t drag us away from sharing this bold Washington Cabernet with you – it’s that good. Place your order while our limited cases last.
