Salt Shaker hails from Santa Barbara County, one of the Central Coast’s coolest sites. Located inland from the Pacific Ocean, Santa Barbara County benefits from moderate temperatures, which result in a longer ‘hang time’ on the vine for grapes. This extended ripening period creates serious depth and complexity of flavor. In other words, it’s an ideal climate for growing world-class Sauvignon Blanc.
Showing all the fruit-rich charm of the excellent 2019 vintage, Salt Shaker delivers waves of ripe golden pear, tropical fruit, and citrus zest characters.
