These two native Bordeaux grapes have been vying for the title of ‘best steak red’ for years. A big fan of both, Pascual Toso’s star winemaker Felipe Stahlschmidt decided to settle the debate with this best-of-both-worlds creation – an exclusive just for our customers.

With an assist from Napa Cab legend Paul Hobbs (who’s been consulting at Pascual Toso for years), Felipe carefully selected the finest Cabernet and Malbec grapes he could get his hands on, then aged the wine in top-of-the-line oak barrels. Look for distinctive black currant flavors, with hints of fresh mint, wild cherry, and dark chocolate. There’s lovely structure here, plus a vibrant ripeness and velvety texture that will make slicing into any cut of beef (from filet down to sirloin burgers) an extra-special occasion.
