Each shipment is handled by a licensed local retailer in accordance with state regulations, and an adult (21+) with valid ID must sign for every delivery. Some states (e.g., AK, HI) require a $75 shipping surcharge per case, while Colorado (CO) adds a $0.28 retail delivery fee.
